Items That Are Personalised Or Custom Made

If an item has been made personalised or custom-made for you it cannot be returned.

Items That Are Not Personalised Or Custom Made

Such items can be returned within 14 days of you receiving them, provided they have not been purchased by a business.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend that you use a tracked service when returning items to us.

Returns Will Be Processed Using The Following Criteria

All returned items received by us must not have been used, or worn and be in the same condition as they were dispatched in.

If it is found that an item has been used, worn or not in the same condition it was dispatched in and the original tag is missing then the return may be rejected or an amount deducted from the refund to reflect the damage.

Refunds
These will be processed based on which of the following apply:

i) If you return everything you ordered then you will receive a refund for the full cost of the items (providing they pass the check upon return) and the cost of the lowest shipping option available to you at the checkout stage when you placed your order.

ii) If you return part of what you ordered then you will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) returned (providing they pass the check upon return). You will not receive the cost of the shipping you paid at the time of ordering.

We will authorise the refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). The refund will be via the same payment method used to make payment for your original order.

Business Transactions

If you are a business then the following applies:

Personalised or Custom-Designed Items.
Returns are not accepted

Non-personalised or Non-Custom Orders,
A return may be possible depending on what you have purchased – each request is decided on a case-by-case basis

A restocking fee of 25% will be applicable on all business returns.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us and the cost of the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
